This is an excellent hotel, the staff at the reception has been amazing and have provided great customer service, also the staff at the Bar has been extraordinary offering excellent customer service too. The rooms were very clean and the beds really comfortable, fantastic spa and very well located. You must rent a car if you are coming to stay in this Hotel. The breakfast has been excellent but unfortunately has been unfairly reviewed in the past. This Hotel is ***** 100%
They quickly adjusted my booking yesterday even though it wasn't in the terms so thy didn't have to. I greatly appreciate the customer service and will definitely stay again. Thanks
Absolutely not satisfied. High prices and bad rooms . Everything inside is 20 years old. Do not recommend for long stay.
