Fleur de Lys Resort & Spa Long Hai

A very good treasury very reasonably priced. It's a couple of hours from Saigon in a limousine bus. The pool area was nicely laid out and they staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. The beach is not the finest out there, but still nice for a swim. The resort is also close enough to local restaurants that you don't need to eat at the resort. The are a couple of good seafood places a few minutes walk away. It is a resort that attracts a lot of families. The preferred evening entertainment is drinking and karaoke. It's never intrusive, but be prepared. It's how the Vietnamese let their hair down and it's a lot of fun.

I had a great stay for 4 nights, the room was very nice, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, I loved the spa it was very relaxing. It is quite a big complex, so it's nice they come and pick you up to take you to and from your room. I ate in the restaurant every day for breakfast and dinner, the food was nice the presentation was very good. The restaurant right next to the beach is very nice and relaxing, it's a private beach so it was nice not to many people. The new pool was almost complete on my stay it looked very nice. You could see they were in the middle of renovating the site. They were keeping the noise to a minimum so it didn't affect our stay. As for the negative of my experience, when the food arrived, it was always warm/almost cold, it was still all very nice but as someone who likes his food hot it was a bit of a negative. The room was very nice and I really enjoyed it, if I had to nitpick it would be the outside could do with a repaint and a general cleaning of the garden area, when I was there it did look like they were in the process of doing this. I would recommend that you stay here. I did have a lovely time. It was a nice place to relax after my road trip.

Price: reasonable compared to other places Room: rented a garden room, quite spacious, and clean. The decoration is refreshing, suitable for couples and families.
