Very beautiful hotel located on the banks of the majestic Congo River, as its name suggests. 👍Staff is super friendly, even at night, and they're always happy to help. I had a blast trying the cocktails at the outdoor bar 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄. 👎😴The noise of the construction work next to the hotel made my nights really painful, though. The crudités at breakfast weren't always fresh, which is something they could improve upon. Prices are a bit out of reach for the average middle-class person. Overall, I would still "recommend" the hotel, though, because it's a great place with a wonderful staff.

The rooms are great but the service is not. Every opportunity to overcharge is taken, even when it is absurd and almost extortionate, and no attempt from the staff to apologize or explain the issues when they are raised. I have to be in Kinshasa frequently for work and won't be staying here again.
