Floating Heritage Group

It's an exclusive heritage Property of Ajanta Group.. Costly one, but worthysome...Room r great, but couldn't use any own electric appliances like water heater kettel, room heater etc. But they would arrange warm water for drinking if required 😉. No room heater, but they have provided heated water container that keep our blankets warm through out night. Normal or Luke warm water will be available after 7 am, that's make difficulties in night..tap water is okay type. Services, room assistant, chef were very courteous, helpful 😀 👌. Food was also great 👍. Very cold night felf as it is in between #Dal lake. Surrounding, garden were very beautiful. Nevertheless It's safe for family and kid if u r accompanied. Suggest to stay...lovely boat house 🏠 😀

Very disappointing. No Tv , no tea maker, no heating blankets , no room heaters ,and the staff itself are rude. It’s November and the room is chilling ,when I told them to provide me electric blankets ,they declined me on my face rudely. The room itself is from the 60s view, very old and dissapointing. Don’t ever book this houseboat and ruin your Kashmir plans. Beware.

Worst house boats with no facilities. The rooms were not clean and lacked basic facilities like proper clean blankets, heaters, kettles, etc. The staff was very rude and was not at all helping. The breakfast served was not good.Overall it was a waste of money and would not recommend anyone to stay in house boat.They are charging extra money and in winters it's very cold and without heating blankets or kettles it's very difficult to sleep comfortably.
