I had a wonderful stay at Flora Al Barsha Hotel! The location is perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to the entire staff — everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional. You truly made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free. I recently spent 8 nights at Flora Al Barsha Hotel At The Mall and had an exceptional experience (Room 421). The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Special recognition goes to Karthik at the breakfast restaurant, who provided excellent service, and the helpful front desk associate from Kerala who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained. The hotel's facilities, including the convenient car parking, were excellent and easily accessible. Everything ran smoothly during my entire stay, without any inconvenience.
Hotel was good, rooms were big and comfy although some details were a bit old (smart TV was slow, for example). Personal was amazing, very helpful, welcoming and kind. Useful location near the metro and the mall at a walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast too.
