We spent a 6-day time with the family, as a customer who has had different experiences in many different countries, believe me, we had a very wonderful holiday, the variety and quality of the food, the good quality of the activities, I was shocked in many respects. The staff are already serving in a problem-solving structure. Especially Manager Gurol Bey helped us a lot in a few issues, thank you again to the whole team, when we left today, we had the feeling that we were so used to it that we wish we didn't go😌

This hotel is isn’t luxurious or 5 stars. Let’s start at the check-in. They checked us in one hour late because they said they were “cleaning” our rooms. When we finally entered the room IT WAS FILTHY. Weird stains on the comforter, the doorknobs and walls were all splattered with a weird brown substance. There was a dark red stain on the floor in one the of the rooms. The counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in ages, and when we wiped them down our cloth was filthy. Our room card was barely hanging on. The food was alright, no complaints just not a ton of variety. Towels for the beach became available at 9:00, that’s pretty late compared to other resorts. The beach was nice, water and sand had some garbage but that’s probably out of their control. Overall it’s alright, would be better if the rooms were clean.

Currently at the hotel now with three kids, my children are starving and they refuse to accommodate to provide them some food as they open at 7pm. This is too long for children to be without food. Used to be a good hotel as came 7 years ago they had everything and the previous manager was brilliant (don’t remember her name but she was English lady). I have come at the end of April they have no ice cream for the kids, kids club is closed even though it’s supposed to be open, half the water slides are closed. Food is vile. I’m a vegetarian and I’ve starved this whole holiday. Don’t get me started on the indoor pool, I have 3 month old and she is “banned from the pool”?!! I’ve travelled all over with the kids even drove to Turkey from the uk and never had such crap service. The Chinese lady made me come out the pool with my 3 month old?! Also they charge for swim cap to swim in the indoor pool, the lady said 1 euro got to check out 9 euros for 4 swim hats worth around 50 pence. What is the point in all inclusive ?! it’s a real let down. Will never return again. Only decent thing about hotel is the room was very clean. Overall not much to do especially if you have kids. Luckily we hired a car for a few days to get out the dump. Also be warned staff can’t speak English at reception this is a nightmare when asking simple questions such as when is my transfer arriving. Edit to review: finally managed to get some food as asked the restaurant. It’s the reception staff that are stuck up especially if you’re young with kids they talk down on you. There’s not a single reception person who was polite/ accommodating. Especially Roman at reception who is very rude. Most of the other staff are very helpful.
