We stayed here as we hiked Peak Musala over the weekend. Great location to do so. The area (like neighborhood) is under construction so it was a bit difficult to find it and even if we were lucky to park the car in a good place, others seemed to struggle finding a proper space to do so.
This hotel is okey. The floors were not very cleaned and had some crumbs. The hotel includes necessary appliances such as a washing machine and has dishes. The hotel also has an elevator and the option to take the stairs. The microwawe in my room is not heating.
We have reservations and what happens. The building was closed, and there was a notice saying there has been no hot water since March 30. There was no one at the reception, and the phone number provided on Booking was switched off. The money for the reservation was taken at the time of booking. So I do not recommend using this place.
