Flora Sangolda by Acasa

One of the best stays we had here. We were 15 people in total and all of us had a pleasant stay here. From the rooms, to the amenities, to the pool, the parking space and the staffs, everything was upto the mark. Special thanks to the caretakers for making us feel home and being helpful in every possible way.

This place is not a villa; it's essentially a collection of poorly managed service apartments with ridiculous restrictions on when you can access common areas and the pool—nothing like the experience you'd expect from a proper villa. To make matters worse, the staff is shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. The entire experience was a massive letdown. I am beyond disappointed and would never recommend this to anyone looking for a true villa experience.

The staff is unbelievably rude, and the so-called "villa" rules are downright absurd. To top it off, the pool is awkwardly located right below a residential building, completely killing any sense of privacy. This is not a villa by any stretch of the imagination—the name is blatantly misleading. What you're actually getting is a cluster of separate apartments with zero amenities for self-cooking—no cutlery, no proper kitchen setup, nothing. To make matters worse, the staff hovers over you the entire time, policing your every move and making the stay feel suffocating. Avoid this place at all costs!
