I travelled to Chiangmai with my wife and my little boy.We were impressed by this hotel with a small swimming pool inside.It is very quite compare to the busy and noisy main road outside.It is very unique decoration in the room and all the staff are very friendly.Strongly recommended.
First visit to this hotel. Place is cosy. Very friendly and young team of receptions. There’s always one who can communicate and understand both English and Mandarin. Housekeeping is very efficient, deliver within split of a minute.
We stayed here for 4 nights in Chiang Mai. It's on the East side of the old city. The good : very close to everything. Fairly central and easy to walk to main attractions. Rooms very clean. Clean bathrooms, hot running water, good air conditioning. Nice pool downstairs. Receptionists and staff all very kind and friendly. The bad : the floors in the room are ridiculously slippery.. literally both my wife and I almost fell probably 10 times. The bathtub setup is ridiculous where when you shower the water floods onto the bathroom floor. Overally pretty happy with the hotel but definitely need to fix the above problems.
