Location location location! This place is in the perfect spot. Just down the street from all the action. The atmosphere here is unmatched. The customer service is top notch! The breakfast buffet has so many options plus their coffee is so good! The rooms are smaller than what we're used to in the US but it was very clean and inviting. I am happy with my experience at Floren. I would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful hotel. Nice clean rooms. Great location close to Santa Maria Novella train station. Nice breakfast. Overall a great experience. The best part, however, was the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was truly top notch.
Best hotel experience in Italy. I have been to many other city’s. excellent hospitality, wonderful staff and very unique and clean hotel that makes you feel you are at home. Very close to Everything around you and the staff is constantly asking if you need anything or they can help you book something. I can’t wait to go back again. The restaurant makes their own candy, which is the best. Great restaurant breakfast was spectacular
