Florence Hotel Apartments

There was no cold water. Weak water pressure in the bathroom. Overall, everything in the bathroom was really old and worn out. They didn't empty the trash every day (if I remember correctly). They didn't lock the door when they entered the apartment to clean. Beds were uncomfortable. There was a broken chair on the terrace that almost caused an accident The fridge and freezer didn't work properly. The pool was a bit dirtier than it looked, leaving yellow stains on our swimwear. There was no internet in all rooms, which I find unacceptable for the price and the 21st century. Light in the kitchen didn't work. Accomodation was not as on the pictures. First day or two rule for the pool was that you can use it until 9pm and then they change it to 8pm. One evening we were asked to move away from the pool much earlier so they can clean the are which is not okay since that should be done after the pool closes specially since they shortened the open hours on it. I understand that some things would have been better if we got the better rooms (the bathroom would probably be newer, and I believe the fridge and beds in the new rooms are double beds, so they would be more comfortable) but we did not get better looking rooms... However, some things would probably remain the same, like the pool cleanliness, absence of cold water, bathroom water pressure, trash pickup, and door locking... For this price a lot of things should be better. This accomodation shouldnt be over 40e per night with this many issues.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The behavior of one of the owners, particularly an older man, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable and even threatened during my visit, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and courteous service.

Possible one of the worst if not the worst hotel I had stayed at, let’s begin with when we had a visitor the women had barged into our room without anyone’s permission and started complaining. Second of all the room was filled with ants and when we had confronted the women about it she had threatened to call the police on us for absolutely no reason. We had to pay extra for air conditioning which barely worked.
