Florence Resort Villa Italianate Villa

Very spacious room with complete toilet amenities. The stay has been enjoyable. The drive to the resort has to be slow and careful as there are many resorts in the area and the road is extremely narrow and windy. Recommend to enter from the cross road behind the starbucks.

Beautiful resort on the mountain. Loved the view from my room. Staff were friendly and poliet. They offered to help take pictures for us and checked if meal service was ok. Dinner and breakfast were included in our package. Dinner main course was average. Luckily, dinner was complemented with side dish buffet. Breakfast buffet spread was simple.

Advantages: - Room is spacious and tidy. - Bed is comfortable and clean. - Good for people who drive. - Welcome soft drinks + snacks + chocolate box are surprisingly good. - Really good scenery from the balcony, can see the whole mountain view! - Located at the very high level of the mountain - Good reception services especially at night, add only TWD 500/ppl for night buffet with steak ( need to ask directly ). - Staffs are helpful, they willl help you to take luggages to your room ( because there is no lift) - Shuttle bus services at daytime. ( Some locations far away need to pay) Cons: - No lift, only stairs ( not many ). - Road in front are very steep slopes. Elderly should be careful. - The drainage system in the bathroom & toilet is bad. When we drain water at the bathtub, dirty water came out from the waterspout with bad smell + many disgusting floatings..... Hope it will greatly improve! - No shuttle bus service at night so you can only stay in room/ go buffet.. - A bit far away from the starbucks/convenient store. Need to walk a very dark road at night to get there. - Buffet & Steak at the restaurant are good. Many choices during dinner and breakfast buffet. Suitable for family visitors. - The clown drawings on each floor is very horrible...especially when you walk across at night. Can you change them...???
