This hotel was very deceiving. The photos from their website are nothing like what the room actually looks like. The sheets were yellow and old. The shower had warm water at its best. The shower curtain was too short, so water spilled everywhere when you showered. The sink in the bathroom did not work properly, it sprayed water everywhere when you turned it on. Lastly, the walls were very thin and you can here everything from the next room. Definitely will never stay here again. Be warned.

The front desk service was terribly rude. For example, when my pops walked in to the hotel to confirm the reservation and where to park, since there was nowhere like a sign visible enough for customers to park. On top of that, the staff which were 3 ladies, said that the tv wasn't working, and my dad simply said if it was possible to switch to another room. The staff, then, in turn, told my dad that there is another hotel that he can try to go. Once we found out the parking lot was around the corner in a parking garage, it was terribly dirty, the parking spaces were very small and narrow, and there were hardly any lights. Once we were inside the hotel, the hallways were very dim and there was not enough lights covering the hallways. Once we walked in our room, it turns out that the housekeeping staff didn't cleaned our room, which was around 4:30PM in the afternoon from what they told us! The floor was littered with a cigarette and the room with was beer. However, they cleaned our room and did it quickly. The next day, we had trouble with the toilet which was clogged, and my dad had to use the bathroom, we had called somebody to help fix it, and it took a while before somebody came, but walking very casually without any sense of urgency. The bathroom, while after finishing taking a shower, the floor was literally wet, and the bathroom need it be dry! Only thing worth that was good, was the location and that the beds were clean and comfortable to sleep in. Overall, bad customer service, poor organization, and parking.
