A/C. HUGE space with full kitchen, refrigerator, dinner table. Comfy king size bed. A/C. Clean, nice floor. Two plasma TVs. A/C. We had a free airport pick up, very late at night. Kinda pricey, we paid $145/night for our room during semana Santa (the procession went right past our door!). They also have good air conditioning, which is a rarity in Flores. We didn’t eat the breakfast or dinner, but the rooftop area seemed cool.

Really great hotel! Perfectly located on the island, very big room with a separate living room and a kitchen, staff is really nice and friendly and very helpful with getting us a cab to the airport (for free). If you need a cab to the airport too I recommend ordering it to at least 15 minutes before the time you need as ours was being very late and we ended up cancelling it and getting a tuk tuk instead (the nice hotel staff member waited with us the entire time to make sure we're ok and even paid for the tuk tuk too).

Nice hotel and nice people. It's a little old and things like the tiles are breaking, but has a nice upper class feel. However, I booked a few things through them and had horrible results. Firstly, I booked a ticket for a tour with a guide and a round trip shuttle, however, 1) I did not get a guide 2) the hour promised to leave back to Flores did not exist so I had to spend more money on a private shuttle to get back, this is besides the fact that it was 150 (plus 50 for the way back, no guide). when the going rate is 100 or less. Second, I booked a bus through them to Guatemala city for 8, I got there to find it was actually at 9 and although I payed extra for the expensive seats, they reserved me the standard. Overall a horrible experience for what could have, and should have been a great one, based on their nice rooms.
