Florida Blue Bay Resort & Spa

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for those looking for a peaceful seaside escape. The pool is great, and the view is absolutely stunning — the entire hotel faces the sea, which makes for beautiful sunsets. Breakfast is decent and standard, but the dinner really stands out. Their Greek moussaka is a must-try — definitely their best specialty. The beach in front of the hotel is very nice, although the sea can get cold and a bit rough when it’s windy. The rooms are a bit old but very clean. Sometimes it can get quite warm at night even with the AC on. It would be a great improvement if they added mosquito screens, as it would allow guests to keep the terrace doors open at night when the air is cooler. There are some lovely tavernas nearby, as well as a charming promenade in the village which we enjoyed exploring. Additionally, I recommend visiting Kalogria Beach and the impressive Cave of the Lakes — both are worth the trip. Sending warm greetings to the hotel owners! 🫶🏻

Hotel in need of some renovation, but clean. Food good and service second to none. Staff extremely helpful in every way and very friendly, made you feel like it was your second home. Fantastic for people who want to relax, not great for young people who want loud music and get bored easily. Beautiful pool and seaside within 50 metres of hotel. All things said, l would go back there again. Some lovely restaurants in local village. Loved and enjoyed it.

We had a one night stop on our way to Kefalonia. Rooms need renovation, they are quite old and need a refresh. Although the rooms were clean. Breakfast is terrible, low variety of bad quality food is offered, and the coffee options are bad aswell. Needs a lot of improvement. Backyard is though excellent, it saves somehow the hotel to get even less stars in review. Nice pool and pool bar, lots of vegetation around in the backyard, you can relax on the sunbeds along the pool or at the sea terrace which is at the end of the backyard. without a beach, only a small patio with stones where you can enjoy the Seaview. We were welcomed at hotel by Mr. Johny who was very kind and talkative, he even recommended a very good taverna where to have a good dinner. For his service i will give the 5 stars for service. Can have a night or two on the way to other destinations.
