Flower Garden Hotel

i did not stay here, but the receptionist saved my whole trip! i was supposed to find a bus outside of this place to Halong that NEVER CAME. frustrated and worried, i went inside to ask if they knew anything about it. the receptionists quickly jumped in to help, calling people, getting information, and ultimately getting me a car to meet up with a tour bus going that direction. and i hadn’t even STAYED THERE!! i cannot emphasize enough how lovely they were and how insanely helpful they were. i will now be staying here when i come back to Hanoi thanks to their generosity!!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Flower Garden Hotel during my trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and major attractions like the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and West Lake. Yet, it’s tucked away in a peaceful . The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable, and were always ready to help with directions, recommendations,

Overall a very solid hotel in a central location of Hanoi. We had a little issue with our room upon check-in, which was promptly resolved, and we did not experience any other problems during our stay. When it was time to leave Vietnam, the staff kindly helped us print our boarding passes for the flight back home. Overall, a very solid experience.
