My recent stay at this airport hotel with my family for overnight exceeded all my expectations and set the tone for an enjoyable trip. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the airport gate by a friendly staff member holding a sign with my name. This thoughtful touch made me feel welcomed right from the start. Within just one minute, I was whisked away in a comfortable vehicle to the hotel, where the check-in process was seamless and efficient. The room itself was impressively spacious, offering a lovely blend of modern decor and functionality. With plenty of space to move around, it was a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the large windows provided ample natural light, making the room feel even more inviting. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The hotel boasts an excellent buffet that caters to a variety of tastes. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and hot dishes, there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared omelets and the rich, aromatic coffee, which fueled my day perfectly. If you’re traveling to or from Baku, Fly Inn Baku is a fantastic choice, offering an unmatched blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. It’s truly a hidden gem that makes the travel experience all the more enjoyable. I look forward to returning on my next trip whenever I need a short break in Baku!

The stay was great! We stayed at the hotel only one night and loved it! That was enough to have overall great experience. The hotel staff from every department (FO,F&B, Recreation) are all were great, professionals and helpful. Thanks a lot to reception team, they had contacted me via email regarding my request right after they’ve received my reservation, with a positive response. And upon check-in the information of hotel amenities and the timings was provided clear. A lovely bar with those gaming tables, as-well as restaurant and the coffee shop. Friendly atmosphere and the food is excellent. Btw great breakfast, lots of good choices!

Extremely Disappointed – No Hospitality at All This hotel completely lacks hospitality. Despite booking a room as a guest, I was denied access to the swimming pool, which was instead being used by people from outside the hotel. When I raised the issue with the manager, his response was shockingly unprofessional—he told me I should book a room at a different hotel. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment as a guest. Would not recommend.
