FM7 Resort Hotel Jakarta

We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Hotel! They offer a free shuttle service which made our arrival and departure so convenient. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The Deluxe Room was very spacious and comfortable. Service was excellent, the staff even kept our luggage at the concierge until we arrived for check-in although I stayed 1 night only, and they charged for late check out unti 6PM for less than $20. It was superb! The hotel also has a nice pool, good spa, and gym, perfect for relaxing or staying active. Highly recommended!

I stayed for two nights. The location near the airport is very good. The staff are very friendly and reliable. I recommend the 24-hour room service. It has a wide variety of items, is very convenient and comfortable, and I have used it several times. There is also a bar on site. The shuttle service and room cleaning were excellent and I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely use it again next time I come to Jakarta.

FM7 Hotel is an excellent choice for a one-night stopover, especially for those with connecting domestic flights. We used the hotel twice and were impressed with the free and efficient shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as the quick check-in process. On our first stay, a late arrival meant the facilities were closed, though room service was available. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room was not as clean as we would have liked, which kept the experience from being 5-star. However, on our return journey, we booked again due to the hotel's convenience. This time, with an earlier arrival, we were able to fully enjoy the facilities, including the restaurant, pool, and a highly recommended rooftop bar. This second stay was perfect. Overall, it's a highly efficient and convenient hotel for transit, and when all facilities are open and the cleanliness is consistent, it's a fantastic experience.
