Highly Recommended Hotel - AMAZING customer service I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests, always with a big smile—which I really appreciated. Although room service was finished by the time I arrived, the kind lady at reception arranged food for me from the wonderful Thai restaurant in the hotel. The next morning, they arranged a taxi for me and even followed up when it was running late. The hotel is clean, modern, and incredibly friendly, with the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you!

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were painful. Only service we used was check-in and checkout and the ladies were very efficient and pleasant. We heard no noise from the train station but maybe we got the right side of the building.

Discriminating hotel. We stayed at this hotel through a Korean tour company. When we arrived, the staff forced our tour guide read out loud the “rules” and refused to release keys until everything was recited. The purported rules largely consisted of “no eating” policy in the rooms and how we can only drink coffee in the dining area. I felt discriminated against based on race as other non-Asian guests did not have to go through a similar procedure to obtain keys for their rooms. It was embarrassing for both our group and tour guide to have to go through this experience in front of other guests at the hotel. We stayed at over 10 hotels in Switzerland during this trip and did not once have a similar experience elsewhere.
