Fodol Cottages

This was such an amazing holiday! I was worried after seeing some negative reviews about how it might be, but our experience was so great. The only thing we struggled with was the internet. You're out in the middle of no where, which is utterly amazing! DEAD quiet all the time, so peaceful. But sadly that means you're away from strong signals. Our phones were hit and miss with reception and wifi over all was good, but it did dip in and out a bit. We were a party of 9, we used both awesome cottages. We had 4 young children. I would definitely bring DVDs as watching things online can be tricky. We had movie night each night and the kids loved it. I brought a bunch of DVDs from home and we had great evenings! The houses are both so nice, beds very comfortable. The location is amazing, it’s just so beautifully quiet and you dont have to worry about cars around young ones as you’re far from any main roads. The houses have everything you need and if you have any problems David and Rosa are very quick to respond. We never had the pleasure of meeting Rosa in person, but any issue we had no matter how big or small, we had a response straight away, and David was round in a flash to sort things. David was an absolutely super star of a host. Had lovely conversations with him and he was so quick to sort us out when we had small issues. We loved our stay so much we’re looking at booking again for another week this summer so we can explore more of Anglesey. We would 100% reconmend this holiday home(either of the houses! Nice cottages well equipped clean tidy well presented. Only little gripe is lounge TV too small

Secluded and good base to explore Anglesey. Mattresses in some rooms need replacing and were too uncomfortable to sleep on. Not enough cutlery and mugs etc -seemed like some have gone missing since previous stay.
