FOLGA Hotel Restauracja Browar SPA

We like FOLGA. We have been stayed there 3 times and not for last. We like hotel, rooms, spa zone and gardens. All nice and quiet, highly recommended as well as the restaurant and the local beer production. All perfect from the culinary delights to the continental breakfasts. All perfect. We are happy to come back. Dog is not a problem here.

The hotel has three stars, but in our opinion, it deserves four. It's clear that management is well-managed. The interior garden gleams with roses, lavender, and bamboo on sunny summer days. The free spa is a great asset. The food is excellent, and the restaurant prices are reasonable. The breakfast buffet is full of specialties. The parking spaces are spacious and comfortable, and there are plenty of them.

I cannot put into words just how incredible my experience was at the Folga spa / hotel. After searching for local places to stay with limited transport options for non-drivers the hotel (before I even booked) arranged a car to take us around to where we needed to go and constantly kept me updated on their progress and even negotiated the rate down for us before we had even booked a room. Impressed by the incredible customer service from the amazing Justyna we booked immediately, we were constantly messaged and kept up to date with things, we were given a brewery tour (which was lovely and I highly recommend their Van Der Blonde beer) the food in the restaurant was great quality and affordable (less than £20 for a drink, starter and main meal) and the spa was absolutely phenomenal and it was included in the already affordable nightly rate. I'm not quite sure how Folga is given a 3-Star because the hotel looked above and beyond that in quality and service was 5-Star, I've not received customer service like that at any hotel in the world other than the Burj Al Arab which is CONSIDERABLY more expensive (and expected) whereas at the Folga hotel the staff really genuinely care about every guest that stays with them and it shows. We had such an incredible stay and we can't thank the hotel enough for everything they did for us and if there is one thing you absolutely must do at the hotel, it's the beer spa. That experience will change your life, 90-mins in a private room including a shower, sauna and baths with beer included on-tap. It was SO much fun! Highly recommend!
