My dad loved this place!!! What a gem! Gorgeous industrial-designed lobby and rooms...so cozy too! But what stands out is the customer service. I admit it...I came apprehensive about not being a french speaker...or chatter...or anything. I'm here with my 81 year old father on his dream trip, his joy matters. But the staff were so friendly and amazing they rendered me slightly ashamed. Their recommendations on sites to visit, were spot on and interesting. The steam room is heavenly! I want to stay!!

One of my favorite hotels. The location cannot be beat and the service and amenities were quite nice for the price. The staff all spoke better English than my French and were accommodating of every request. We can't wait to return.

Everything is considered and thought about from the guest perspective. Really helpful and kind staff, super clean, lovely decor, perfectly placed in town for cool shops and alt art culture. The price is absolutely unreal for what they offer. We’ll be back a lot.
