Cool small hotel in Kadriorg neighborhood. Very good service. Air-conditioning is very effective. Quality breakfast served in downstairs Gourmet Coffee. If you're traveling by car you might be able to squeeze your car through the narrow gate and then down into a very small garage, which do have electric car charging station btw. You can also leave your car in the street next to the hotel.
The room is nice, the location is good too. But unfortunately, the staff are extremely unprofessional. The problem started with the breakfast. I had booked for 2 nights with breakfast. When we arrived at the property, we asked them where the breakfast will be served. We asked twice, and twice we were just told to check in the morning. In the morning, we were offered a brown grocery bag filled with hyper-processed foods from the supermarket, which they called as "to-go" breakfast. Honestly, I'd eat nothing in that bag for breakfast. We refused to take it, and asked for a refund. They verbally agreed, and I continued email communication with them. For every 5 emails I sent, they would respond once. At one point, they even told me that the bank confirmed the refund would be made in 3 days. A whole month later, there is no sign of my refund. Whenever I called, they said the manager would call back, but I got no call back. Now they ignore my calls. I have no hopes of getting my money back.
I have booked months in advance to a date where there is an important event happening in Tallinn and my reservation was cancelled without any explanation. I also noticed that the hotel still have available rooms for that date, but to be purchased in a much higher value than what I have paid.
