Fontainebleau Miami Beach Private Luxury Suites

Very nice hotel with excellent restaurants and amenities, they're a little finicky about the pool hours closing what feels a bit early at around 7:00 p.m. or dusk otherwise we had a very nice stay

I've paid over $3200 to stay at this hotel resort with my team and its a very good location however the customer service especially at the "front desk" is a disgrace, they ladies are very rude, they treat you like a bum off the street my "suite" was dirty human hair all over the bathroom from previous guest, dirty balcony and valet drivers treat your car as it was theirs. I am never coming here again

Upon arrival, room was dirty with hair all over the shower and urine stains on the toilet, urinal. Housekeeping took hours to come and even then wouldn’t clean it. Extra linens took hours to come, partial finally came after midnight. Elevators are not working in tresor tower so long wait times. Locked out of room for hours with staff not taking any accountability. Finally after getting in after a long day, it wasn’t even cleaned. Way too crowded, lack of staff, in over their heads completely. No apologies or credit. Do NOT stay here.
