Fonteverde Lifestyle & Thermal Retreat

The overall experience at Fonteverde was excellent. The setting is stunning, the service attentive, and the spa facilities are truly outstanding. It’s a place made for relaxation and well-being. The only downside was the room, which felt somewhat worn and in need of refurbishment. However, this did not significantly detract from an otherwise exceptional stay. We would be happy to return.

The one think that sets this place apart from some of the other places I have stayed at is the exceptional customer service. I arrived late at night and they were kind enough to bring us food at 2 in the night. They helped arrange for all the wine tastings nearby and provided great recommendations. The spa experience is out of this world. The only minor thing I felt was lacking was good food to match the amazing experience this place has to offer.

My girlfriend, our dog & myself recently spent one week in Fonteverde to do sports & relax. What we liked (a lot): - the scenic infinitiy pools, overlooking the typical Tuscany landscape were purely amazing - large SPA outside area, perfect for relaxing - the very kind, helpful & professional employees in every area of the hotel - perfectly isolated rooms; we didn’t hear anything from our neighbors - Good equipped gym Where we see room for improvement: - it‘s great to be able to order drinks and food via QR code via phone from your sunbed at the pool, but the prices for some things are just off (12€ for a toast with cheese and ham) & there were only two types of food - some of the dishes in the restaurant weren‘t really what we hoped for, given the hotel itself & its reputation - some outside areas would need some maintenance and or refurbishment Overall a nice & relaxing stay, we‘d come back.
