The hotel is truly amazing . I am delighted. 10/10. 😍 For me the is the best vacation so far. All praise to the animators, especially the animation manager Ōzkan, the beautiful Lika and Hakan. Also the best DJ in Antalya- Güray. In the beach bar the best snd friendliest is Ahmet. The spa center is perfect. I tried the massage and spa treatment which is wonderful, a real royal treatment. I would like to praise Selman who is in charge of the spa center and who is very professional and pleasant. Once again, all praise for this hotel, highly recommended. I will definitely come again. The hotel is more like a solid 4-star, not the advertised 5. Overall service is good, except at the reception – special greetings to the eye-rolling receptionist with curly hair. The spa area and treatments are excellent – highly recommended! Food selection is wide and offers something for every taste.
Positive: - nice Hotel, Short way to the beach - amazing Buffet (lots of vegetarian options, plenty antipasti, salad and fruit options) - with all Inklusive you get 24/7 something to eat and drink - sun covers at the beach - stuff is friendly but 90% can’t speak English - 1 hour drive to Antalya Airport Negative: - the room was not that clean - animation the whole day 12hours music when you wanna relax and chill in quite, there is no way, from your hotel and the hotels around you hear all the time and everywhere music that’s way to loud. At the beach, in the restaurant at the pool and in your room. - the animation is way to loud, you can’t sleep in the evening as the rooms with half ocean and ocean view hear the whole animation until 11pm. Even earplugs don’t help. - lots of Russian people are in the hotel - smoking is everywhere allowed outside, so if your unlucky the people next to your dinner table smoke or when you lay on the beach people next to you smoke all the time So when you wanna have a calm, relaxed holiday don’t book that hotel. When you like animation and party and good food, I can recommend the hotel.
