Me and family had booked our stay on 6-7th June, 2025. We had booked Luxury House which was very spacious and comfortable and the view from the balcony was just amazing. The road to this property was just fabulous and lush green. The reception area is like a garden which was very beautiful. On the reception we were offered refreshment and briefed about the property. The food was very tasty and the restaurant had a beautiful Valley view. The stay was very comfortable and revitalizing in forest pure environment. Sunset point was one of the highlight the view is just jaw dropping. We also enjoyed activities like ATV rides on the forest trail, Archery and rifle shooting was fun and enjoyed a unique pottery experience. During dining there was live singing and a very nice cozy rain night experience. There were some insects around the accommodation but as they had mentioned this prior to our reservation we were properly prepared for it. Overall loved the experience. Must visit!
We have booked hermitage carnation room. It was my birthday trip… The room was awesome with all the required amenities. It was on level 4 of the forest hill but the service was upto mark. All Meals were okay in taste, neither good nor bad. Coming to the view.. Cannot just take the eye off from the views.. It was raining few times and climate was really cool. Sunset view point is the best among all the area. Activities were also lot of fun. My child was happy to visit the pet zoo. They have decorated the room for my birThday and also have arranged for a cake. There was a separate kitchen area with aqua guard, tea kettle, coffee maker.
Rooms are great. Location quite remote but peaceful. But what makes this place unworthy is the service. There just is not enough staff, restaurant runs out of basic items like cutlery, bread and eggs, It will take forever if you order anything in the room and I can keep going on. There is no staff or signage to even help you towards your room or common areas which is essential as the resort is spread in acres of land over 4 levels on hills.
