The reviews on this hotel vary between terrible and good. For me, it’s in between. Yes, it’s not the most modern and yes, the hallways look dirty, but my room was clean, reasonably large, it had a decent view, the breakfast is decent, for a reasonable price. And close to lots of places in Fukuoka, so a good location. What is really bad is the Wifi. Just don’t use it and use your 5G connection.
I want to give 0. I stayed at your hotel on April 19th for two nights and booked two triple rooms. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant. Upon entering the rooms, I found hair and stains all over the furniture, which was very disappointing. Additionally, I discovered what appeared to be dried mucus in the wash basins. Although the staff claimed it was a pattern, I can clearly confirm that it was indeed a piece of dried mucus. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable and sensitive. After I lodged a complaint, the hotel offered to move us to two double rooms. However, since there were six of us, this arrangement was completely inadequate and left us without sufficient space. Such cleaning standards and inadequate solutions are simply not acceptable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.
The lobby and front desk are spacious and clean - and that's about everything good you can say for this hotel. (We stayed for 1 night on 6 December 2024 and just couldn't bear another night- looked for another place) Once you step out of the lift, you're met with old, stained carpets musty hallways - and the rooms are just as bad. Walls peeling, mold on the shower curtains and stains on the bathtub, and a few spiders to keep you company. Obviously, the location is not bad. But unless someone decides to refresh the hotel and at least keep it from looking like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80s, hard pass. No one should subject themselves to this, for this price.
