Rooms are comfortable although the furniture is quite old-style. There is a public bath inside with sauna and hot/cold pool. Breakfast is excellent and offers a very varied selection of foods to try.
The best hotel in Tokyo although the furniture was somewhat old the room was very spacious and comfortable the bed was soft and the service was excellent the buffet was great and thr garden was beautiful I will miss staying here thank you for the memories
I was unable to have dinner at the hotel, which was both disappointing and neglectful. I had previously requested information and restaurant reservations through the chat service. The responses were terse and evasive. I requested a reservation for 8:00 PM but received no further replies. Upon arriving just before 8:00 PM, I was informed that the restaurant was fully booked. However, upon checking, there was plenty of space available and the restaurant was not closing until 9:00 PM. This showed a disregard and unwillingness by the manager to accommodate my family. The management level of the hotel is haughty and unwelcoming. The hotel itself has a beautiful and sophisticated structure. Lovely garden. Good restaurants. Helpful operational staff. But given the hotel's standard, I expected better hospitality from the staff.
