Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club

My daughter and I had a lovely day. The staff were lovely and so helpful, especially as we'd booked the wrong day! Nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful massage each, used the pool, sauna and steam room, had lunch overlooking the beautiful grounds and the icing on the cake, on our way home we caught sight of the deer grazing on the course. Fabulous. We will definitely come back. Thank you all

Had a lovely stay. Overall the service is great and very accommodating especially when traveling with a very small infant. The restaurant staff and managers were spot on. Very good service and the food was delicious. Only downfall is the hotel needs a bit of a touch up in some places where there are cracks and places where it looks pretty worn out in some areas of the rooms and in the hallway of the hotel. Oh and way too many wasps flying around in the restaurant by the spa. Perhaps spraying something to prevent the wasps from coming inside may help.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, but the hotel is very dated. Rooms aren’t up to modern standards. Bar prices are on par with central London. £7.50 a pint and £9 for a glass of wine. Evening buffet was £35. Make sure you get your money’s worth. Restaurant was chaotic. Included breakfast was good. Seems to be very popular with groups of golfers who told us the course is very good.
