I booked my international visitor here for a week. He's feedback was that it was an enjoyable stay. The environment is peaceful & relaxing. The gardens are beautiful. The staff are friendly & helpful and their rates are reasonable. I'll definitely use them again.
One of the best steaks I have ever had was served here. Friendly staff. Attentive service and clean environment. The reception and bar staff could improve on professionalism though. There was a bit of over familiarity going on...
The room was very small and the fridge makes noises. The shower head is literally by my shoulder level and it kocked my head several times when i showered this morning. The sink is blocked. This should be a reliable hotel. I requested another room but they said they are all booked. Today i expect another room. However i am already very tired and restless. I honestly expect a way better service from forever hotels. Huge disappointment. If there was a negative 5 starts i would definitely choose that for this review.
