Fort Bazaar

A beautiful experience at Fort Bazaar. I arrived at 5am and was greeted by two welcoming night staff. The staff at the hotel are wonderful- friendly and knowledgable. The hotel is incredibly charming and very well maintained. Restaurant and bar are a great place to have breakfast, and relax after a long walk around Galle. The spa treatments are also a perfect way to unwind- my deep tissue massage was best start to a restful stay at the Fort Bazaar.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, making every meal an absolute delight. The central location within the Galle Fort made it easy to explore the historic surroundings, yet the hotel itself felt like a peaceful retreat. Great service. Food was good as well. Mainly Indonesian cuisine. Maybe a slight step down from the previous Teardrop experience. But still pretty good.
