Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were nice with comfy beds. Lobby offered great bar and sitting area. Excellent location within walking distance to many restaurants. Only issue was we wish they offered the breakfast buffet every day, it’s a great buffet. However they said it is only offered during high occupancy. Understandable that food is wasted but maybe don’t offer the regular menu and cut back on buffet offerings to make it work. Overall great Marriott property!
My experience at the Fort Collins Marriott was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the service exceeded all expectations. The gentleman Christian, and his fantastic mustache was an absolute gem. He was incredibly patient, polite, and personable, going above and beyond to meet all my needs, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, with impeccably maintained rooms and top-notch amenities. The staff’s attention to detail and commitment to hospitality excellence truly set this place apart. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of outstanding service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend the Fort Collins Marriott to anyone visiting the area. A huge thank you to Christian, his mustache, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!
Could Be a 5-Star Experience—But Fell Short Overall, this is a fabulous property with the potential to be a true 5-star experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Shout out to Josiah for super service! That said, there were a few disappointments. When I booked, I wasn’t informed that the pool and hot tub would be unavailable—something that should absolutely be disclosed upfront. It was also surprising, given this is a Marriott-branded property, that there was no Executive Lounge. While we were given a breakfast voucher, there was no breakfast buffet, which felt like another letdown. And the $10 food and beverage credit (per stay, not per day) felt underwhelming and a bit stingy for a property of this caliber. In my opinion, with no access to the pool or hot tub, more substantial substitute amenities should have been offered. With a few thoughtful upgrades and better transparency, this could easily be a 5-star stay. Love and ((HUGS)), Laura Foster Founder of Souls Healing Humanity, NOT a company, a movement
