Fort Stockton

Easy off I-10 but no road noise. Easy check in, informative, great snack choices, and directions to our room. Entire building is fresh and clean. Room was King with sofa, walk in shower, fridge, microwave, good blackout drapes and spacious with a dining table/desk that expands and sofa bed with side table. Parking lot was big. The steakhouse across the street 1/2 block down was great for dinner! Short stop in this little town but found it friendly!

First off, I have to say don't let the remodeling that is being done sway your opinion. We arrived Thursday night and there was only one car in the front parking lot. The outside looked nice. The lobby had some building materials on the side and the lady was doing some painting. She was nice and friendly. Our room was...amazing! It was huge with tall ceilings and clean. Bed was nice and big. Our room had a small kitchen. We had to leave very early so not sure how their breakfast is. So despite the work that is being done, it was quiet and we loved our stay here. Highly recommend.

The place was nice and quiet but a little ways off from any place to get food. For being close to the interstate road noise wasn't a problem. Breakfast was a bust though. I was expecting something along the lines of either Hampton Inn or Home2Suite. Overall not a bad place to stay the night.
