The best animator ever Aruzhan! Girl who are every time is happy, without her our vacation can be boring! Every time we are dancing, and laughing so mush! So, you trust her you mood and of course children!
Giving 2 stars only for the view. In our rooms there were no internet. The internet was really bad sadly. There were no various food , everyday chicken , no meat and etc. Minibar was empty , only water, as if u tell to reception. Restaurant was hot as hell, air conditioner wasn’t even working…. Animators were talking only in russian. Rooms are not that clean. Only view and sea is great and that is all. Bars have same drinks no other variants. The bartender Okan is really doing his job, loved his drinks. And also there was no alakarta in hotel. Lots of bees and mosquitoes. This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was consistently rude, and the rooms were in terrible condition, with a strong, unpleasant odor of dampness. When we mentioned that we couldn't stay in a room with such a strong smell of moisture and humidity, the staff’s response was shockingly unprofessional—they suggested we simply spray perfume to cover it up. It's clear they're aware of the issue, as the walls are covered with Styrofoam cladding to try and mask it. The rooms were also unbearably hot, and the air conditioning would turn off every time we opened the balcony doors. Additionally, there were numerous insects and mosquitoes, making the stay even more uncomfortable. At the hotel restaurant, the dishes were dirty, which is unacceptable for a place claiming to be five stars. We tried changing rooms, but the alternatives were even worse—stronger odors, no Wi-Fi, and the same poor conditions. The situation was so unbearable that we ended up leaving after the first night. This hotel is nowhere near deserving of a five-star rating; in fact, it wouldn’t even qualify as a two-star hotel.
