Fortune Days Hotel

It was my first time to stay in this hotel. I chose the hotel’s standard room. The overall sanitary conditions were very good and the hotel’s service was very friendly. Although the hotel’s facilities were a bit old, they were clean and tidy on the whole. I had an appointment with friends to meet at the hotel, so I chose the hotel’s lobby bar to meet. The lobby bar was furnished with many old Harbin things, which felt very good. I also had Chinese food in the hotel for dinner.

It's good that the building is old, but the facilities are bad. The drainage is quite bad and the water is lukewarm and cold. The light bulbs are still burnt out and the heating is not working as well. There are not many outlets and it is not convenient to use. The staff's English skills are poor and they can't speak Japanese at all. If you use a taxi for transportation, there is no problem. Due to an unexpected reservation problem, I canceled without notice on the morning of the day. I can't really call it 5 stars. This is a 2 star level hotel.

Before the room corridor was dirty, the breakfast food was mediocre, the counter service was very slow, there was no hot water for showering (it was solved until midnight at 11), and the chef's attitude was unfriendly.
