I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. I loved the hotel's atmosphere, it was relaxing and rejuvenating. The breakfast was delicious, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping everything spotless. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could! 😊👍

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Club B52 and the associated hotel. The staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. I was shocked when some staff members inappropriately asked for money in ways that felt like harassment rather than service. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, their behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is absolutely not what I expected from a place that claims to provide quality hospitality. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful treatment and professionalism. Management seriously needs to address these issues if they care at all about their reputation.

Hotel is average but they have a Kerala spa on M floor. Which is like a shady place. Not a professional massage centre. The staffs will ask for extra money once you are inside. But you will never get a good service even after the payment. They will force you to leave immediately. Hotel management knows about this but they simply ignore such activities. Please never ever visit the spa even if you stay at this hotel. Hope the management will take necessary actions in the near future.
