Fortune Hotel Korat

Good hotel that is located near the bus terminal1 and terminal 21. There are lots of bars and restaurants behind hotel.

The room appears to be in satisfactory condition, with a pleasing view. However, the toilet facilities are somewhat outdated. The check-in process was efficient and uncomplicated. Unfortunately, an unforeseen issue arose with an air conditioning unit leaking. The staff responded promptly to address the problem. Due to the aforementioned issue, an early check-out was done by my own decision. Commendably, the hotel responded swiftly and issued a refund. Considering the circumstances, I may reconsider staying at this establishment during my next visit to Nakhon Ratchasima.

A hotel that has been around for a few years, but reasonably well maintained. Deluxe room of a good size with a city view, with a spacious bathroom. A bit dark, and could have had a bit more light and more plugs. Pleasant staff, with good help with luggage all the way up to the 9th floor. Two lifts mean that you can quickly get up and down again if necessary. Nice breakfast room, and more than enough food for breakfast. Everything was well stocked, and our own chef arranged fried eggs and omelettes. Plenty of parking spaces were available in front of the main entrance.
