Fortune House Hotel Suites

Great experience during my stay at Fortune House Hotel. Room was clean. The pool and other amenities were lovely and incredible ambience/decor throughout the hotel specially with a beautiful view of the city. Check-in/out process was easy, had no issues. Special shout out to Dayron. He was very friendly, patient and quick to help us with our luggage. Will definitely return. Thanks again.

First trip staying in Miami and couldn’t have asked for better service from this hotel. Staff very prompt and professional, including at the restaurant (Breakfast was amazing). Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Great views of the city, as well. Big thanks for letting my group keep our luggage there to explore the city before heading back to the airport and special thanks to Dayron for being so kind and helpful! 10/10!

I booked a day pass here through resortpass. There was no mention that there was very loud construction going on directly next door which made the experience loud rather than relaxing, I have seen other hotels update and let customers know when there is construction so I know it is possible. I also made the mistake of booking a Wednesday which meant the pool bar was closed. The cabana cushion smelled of cat pee and did not seem like cleaning was every attempted. I am very disappointed I wasted over $40 and stayed maybe an hour tops. Also note that the booking was $25 and failed to mention the valet would be an extra $35 and there is no other option for parking.
