Great value and a memorable stay. The checkin process was simple and the staff were welcoming. The rooms were well maintained and spacious. Location is good and housekeeping services was very excellent.The HOUSEKEEPING Manager and housekeeping team was very friendly and very supportive. The food was very tasty and delicious. The stay offered perfect relaxation. The services were top notch. In short the stay was a memorable one with good value for money.
I'm a regular at the coffee shop and breakfasts. Firstly they have a wide spread across continental, goan, south Indian and North Indian food. The food is consistently yummy. I love the almost personalized service. Right from the valets, to the doormen to the servers and everyone above. Each person is constantly trying to give us a good experience. That's the basic in hospitality and they have nailed it. Cheers
We had an amazing stay at Fortune Miramar! The hotel staff was extremely kind during our stay and very welcoming. The dinner also had a great selection and the waiters were very nice. The food was also tasty! Would definitely recommend.
