Fortune Palace Hotel

I spent three wonderful nights at the Golden Palace Hotel during Christmas, and it was an experience to remember. The room was comfortable, and the festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations added a special touch to the holiday season. The breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes. A special shoutout goes to Sepehr, who works in the restaurant. His patience and respect were commendable as he took the time to describe and guide us through the breakfast items, making our mornings even more delightful. Moreover, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and kind. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with our initial room's view, they promptly arranged for a change without any hassle, which significantly improved our stay. Overall, my experience at the Golden Palace Hotel was great, marked by excellent service, a festive ambiance, and thoughtful staff. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi, especially during the holiday season

we had a great stay at this hotel. Right from the start, the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I especially want to mention Maryam at the front desk, who was very helpful and always cheerful. She went out of her way to assist guests, which made the stay even better. The pool was very clean and a nice place to relax. The breakfast was okay, but the best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff's friendly and helpful attitude. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Esfand (March). Although it was advertised as a 5-star hotel, in reality, only about one-third of the building was operational as a hotel, and there was practically no service during nighttime hours. The breakfast was of very poor quality, nothing was replenished, and it was cleared away quite early. There was only one elevator in use for all guests. Since the bar was closed at night, even basic items like water or glasses were not restocked. The hotel’s location is very far from the city center, to the point that most taxis refused to take us there — and the few that agreed charged around 200 GEL. The heating system was practically ineffective, and we were shivering from the cold throughout our entire stay.
