We stayed at Fortune Hotel, Dahej for a night during our official trip. The check-in process was quick and smooth, even though we arrived late in the evening. The stay was comfortable—rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Dinner was included in our package, and the hotel offered a good variety on the menu. The breakfast spread was impressive and the food was tasty, especially the dosa from the live counter. The hotel has a large reception area with ample seating and a well-maintained guest restroom. There's also a gym and indoor games area, which is a nice touch for guests looking to unwind. The property has good walking space within the campus, though its close proximity to industrial areas can make the surroundings feel warmer than usual. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Would recommend for business stays in the area. PS: Do check the pictures uploaded before booking.
We recently stayed at Fortune Hotel, Dahej during an official trip and spent one night at the property. Overall, our experience was pleasant and comfortable. Despite arriving late in the evening, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff handling everything quickly and professionally. One of the first things we noticed was the large and well-maintained reception area. It features ample seating, which is great for guests waiting to check in or relax for a bit. There is also a spacious and clean guest restroom in the lobby area, which was a thoughtful addition and came in handy, especially during check-out hours when guests often wait in the lobby. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the essential amenities required for a comfortable business stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything from the lighting to the air conditioning and toiletries met our expectations. Dinner & Breakfast was included in our package, and we were pleased with the variety offered in the menu. The food quality was decent, and the dining area was clean and well-organized. Breakfast the next morning was also a good experience—they offered a wide range of items as part of the buffet. The live dosa counter stood out, and the taste was genuinely good. It’s always refreshing to have freshly prepared options in a buffet setup. The property has a decent amount of open space for walking, allowing guests to stretch their legs and get some fresh air. There are also indoor games and a gym, which is a bonus for guests looking to unwind or stay active during their stay. However, one minor downside is that the hotel is located close to industrial areas, which can result in the outdoor areas feeling a bit warmer due to the heat generated from nearby facilities. Despite that, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere within its premises, and the staff is courteous and professional. Overall, we had a good experience at Fortune Hotel, Dahej, and would recommend it for both business travelers and short stays in the area. The hotel offers great value with its well-rounded amenities and quality service.
I had a disappointing experience at Fortune Park Hotel, Dahej. Right from check-in, the reception staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming. There is no bellboy service available, which was quite surprising for a hotel under the Fortune/ITC brand. The behavior of the staff throughout the stay was generally indifferent and, at times, outright rude. The rooms did not meet the standards one would expect from an ITC-affiliated property — poorly maintained and lacking basic attention to detail. The food was another letdown — subpar in quality with very limited options. Unfortunately, there are no decent alternatives available outside the hotel either, due to its remote and inconvenient location. Overall, this stay was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel for either business or leisure travel.
