Fortune Park Haridwar – A Truly Memorable Stay! Everything about our stay was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly managed and smooth. A special mention to General Manager Mr. Shamsher Singh – his warm hospitality and personal attention truly made a difference and added a special touch to our experience. The food was absolutely outstanding – delicious, well-presented, and full of variety. The room was spotless and deep cleaned, offering a very comfortable and relaxing environment. If you’re visiting Haridwar, I highly recommend staying at Fortune Park – one visit and you’ll want to come back again and again!

Had a very pleasant stay at Fortune Park, Haridwar. The staff was courteous, professional, and service throughout the stay was smooth and efficient. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the expected amenities. The hotel’s location is also excellent—centrally placed and easily accessible to key points in the city. One thing that stood out negatively: I requested a quick local call to a nearby salon within the same mall (less than 50 metres away), since I didn’t have an Indian mobile number. The hotel charged ₹200 for a 40-second local call, which felt excessive and unnecessary, especially considering the context. Aside from that, the overall experience was in line with the ITC group’s standards. I would still recommend the property for its hospitality and comfort, but suggest the hotel revisit such small but guest-impacting policies.

ITC Fortune Haridwar is a disgraceful, shameless, and utterly pathetic establishment. They operate like thugs, not hoteliers. Confirmed bookings mean absolutely nothing to them — they cancel at the last minute without hesitation, lying outright and pretending it’s a “request” when in reality, they’ve already made their selfish decision behind your back. They don’t care about your plans, your time, or your sanity. What they deliver is not hospitality — it’s mental torture. The stress, shock, and helplessness they dump on their guests is inexcusable. They behave like arrogant dictators who do as they please and answer to no one. Trusting this hotel is the worst mistake you can make. If you value your peace of mind and basic dignity, stay as far away as possible. This is not just bad service — it’s disgraceful behavior bordering on emotional abuse.
