It was a great experience to stay at this property. The staff across the departments is very congenial. Good people to talk on informal topics. Rita, Shrikrishna, Samaresh, Priyanka & Rajiv were very forthcoming in supporting on all the needs. Mr Sunil Jain from Rajoo Engineers was kind enough to enable this fulfilling stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Fortune Grand JPS Park Hotel in Rajkot, and I must say, the quality of food and service here truly exceeded my expectations. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet were all outstanding — offering a wide variety of dishes, each prepared with visible care and attention. You can genuinely see the effort and dedication of both the kitchen and serving staff in making the dining experience memorable for every guest. Before arriving, I had read a few mixed reviews about the kitchen, so I came in with fairly low expectations. However, those doubts were quickly put to rest. The food quality, variety, and service here are on par with — if not better than — what I've experienced at top-tier hotels like the Taj in Goa or The Lalit in Mumbai. As a diplomat, my expectations regarding service and hospitality are quite high. I can confidently say that the staff here went above and beyond to meet and exceed those standards. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Rajkot. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the culinary experience alone makes it worth it.

This is a good hotel but I'm disappointed because it doesn't have the basics sorted. There was no hot water in the shower. Food is nice. Breakfast could have had more options but still it's fine. The staff is also polite and courteous. Proper instructions are needed for wifi connectivity. Yet I would skip this just because of the lack of basic amenity.
