The Fortune resort exceeded my expectations! The room was immaculate , spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of greenery . The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast , Dinner specially phadai thali was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. Spa was ultimately great experience. They have outdoor and indoor activities for kids . I especially appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to explore the mall road . I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very good.. I was staying for 2 days. But i have check out on 1 days. Your food quality is very poor. Your food has spoiled my health and my daughter... I had ordered omelette from the service staff but omelette did not come on the table for 15 mint to 20 mint... Thanks
