We recently stayed at Fortune Sullivan Hotel, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Monica during check-in. Her courteous and professional demeanor made us feel at ease immediately. She patiently guided us through the check-in process, answered our questions with a smile, and set a positive tone for the rest of our stay. Following our initial interaction with Monica, the rest of the hotel staff continued to impress us throughout our visit. Every single member of the team was well-trained, polite, and attentive. Whether it was the housekeeping staff, restaurant team, or reception desk — everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. What truly stood out was the consistent level of hospitality and professionalism. The staff handled every request efficiently and always made sure we were looked after. Even the smallest gestures, like offering help with luggage, asking if we needed anything extra in the room, or simply greeting us with a smile, added a lot of warmth to our overall experience. The hotel itself was clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. We celebrated our parents 40th Wedding Anniversary and fathers 75th Birthday in Fortune Resort Sullivan Court, Ooty. The staff there were very courteous and very welcoming. Did meet Hari from the Food & Beverage dept, he was very helpful and assisted us starting from the Menu Compilation, Seating preferences, Live Counters, starters and theme. He along with Prithvi, well coordinated with the external vendors (decorations and few other external arrangements) vs their staff to make sure all our requirements were fulfilled during the function. Overall the function was very grand and successful. We did check multiple hotels in the same category such as Sterling and Taj but Sullivan court was on top of the comparison. Food was very good and the service was perfect. I would strongly recommend Fortune Resort Sullivan Court to my family and friends in Ooty.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay, with a great location, beautiful views, and excellent facilities. The rooms, though older, were spacious, well-furnished, and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities; a little upkeep on the furniture would make them even better. The property felt safe and secure, though periodic checks of fire safety equipment could be more evident. Food and drinks were excellent, and while room service was a bit slow, the overall experience was highly enjoyable. With a bit more attention to maintenance, this place could be truly exceptional.
