Absolutely loved my stay at Fortune ! The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive from the start. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. Every detail felt thoughtfully managed. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. A truly comfortable and memorable experience from start to finish!

Would not recommend to anyone. 1stly - we got a room with AC fully noisy blower. We came after party at 1 am n the moment we entered the room was moist n all clothes were wet . We called the device guy as the AC was also leaking . He fixed it but we had to sleep in that condos he said all rooms are like that . Next day - the breakfast was not good . Service a v poor . No taste in food . After 15 min also we didn’t for our tea. After breakfast we were to visit the market so wanted to use wahroom / but it was horrible / with all Muddy water . N we had leave without taking bath . God know if he had that water becos we used for brushing out teath. PHOTO ATTATCHED. Thru tried to upgrade us in suite and offered us free dinner but the receptionist told it’s a buffet. As already told that we had dinner plans . Next day again breakfast was not good . Taste less and poor service . NOW COMES THE END TO IT . We found a scary bed 🐛 bug on the floor after we came from breakfast . I mean what the heck. We slept on that bed . N this is scary paying 14000 is just worst than anything kn this trip. I would need a senior manager call n full refund . WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this. If u hv taste of food . Pl DONT PIC THIS HOTEL N ZERO HYGIENE.

I recently booked Fortune Select Exotica for a corporate event, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The service was extremely poor, and the management seemed completely disorganized. The biggest issue was the food service, which was incredibly slow. Guests were left waiting for long periods, and it was clear that the staff was not prepared to handle the event efficiently. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no urgency or proper coordination from the management team. For a hotel of this stature, I expected professionalism and smooth execution, but instead, it was chaotic and frustrating. The lack of responsiveness and poor service overshadowed whatever positives the venue might have. If you’re considering this place for a corporate event, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless they make significant improvements in their service quality. A very disappointing experience overall.
