I stayed here for 15 days. The room is comfortable and cleaning takes place regularly. The cleaning staff were very polite. The food is great. Bathrooms can be renovated a little bit. Looks kind of old. I am giving 4 stars because the attention to detail was missing at a few points of my stay. The staff at restaurant during breakfast should be more attentive to the guests rather than just looking for empty plates to collect. Definitely for the price range of about Rs 5000 or slightly less it is a great choice rather than any random hotel but being an ITC Group Member this hotel needs to step up a little bit. Location is absolutely spot on, just beside Guru Dronacharya metro station.
