Having stayed in many hotels in Manchester, including the supposed “best” ones, I can confidently say my stay here was leagues above any of them. I’d go as far as to say this was the best hotel stay of my life. From the friendly greeting at reception at check-in, to the immaculate suite, this stay provided everything I could have wanted. I can’t wait to stay there again.

We stayed here for a night over the weekend for our friends 40th. The staff were lovely, the gentleman (I can't recall his name) that greeted us was really accomadating. We also had welcome drinks included in our booking and he served them himself at a time of our choice which was lovely. The room and on suit were nice and clean. The room was on the smaller side but that doesn't bother us as it had everything we needed. We also had the breakfast in our room which was also lovely. Would definitely stay again, thank you

We stayed at this hotel on Tuesday 22nd July, travelling from the Lake District for a one-night break. While the reception staff were lovely and welcoming, unfortunately the experience quickly went downhill. When we arrived in Room 305, the air conditioning wouldn’t switch on and was showing an error message on the display. The room was unbearably hot with no natural airflow. Reception said they had contacted an engineer, but later messaged to say they were still trying to get hold of the company. A fan was provided, but it just pushed hot air around and did nothing to improve the situation. In the end, it was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave early, cutting our stay short. Really disappointing for a hotel of this standard – we expected far better.
