The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of the beautiful old town, the front of house staff called Diego & Damia are a credit to the business. Both men were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they had a good sense of humour and couldn’t have done any more to accommodate us! There was a huge selection for breakfast, with some dishes changing on a daily basis. Couldn’t fault the hotel or its staff.
I stay in lots of hotels all around the world but I’ve never experienced a place with such a warm welcome, focus on kindness and amazing service throughout my stay. Diego & Damia made me feel like family. They said ‘welcome home’ every time I walked thru the door. The breakfast was tasty, fresh & exquisite. The room was luxurious and romantic. The location was a perfect oasis in the bustling old town of Alcúdia. One of the very best places I’ve stayed and I’m already planning a return visit.
A stunning little hotel right in the heart of the old town. Staff very helpful. Hotel immaculately clean and the most beautiful smell every time you walk in the door. Would of liked a balcony so could sit out on it in the mornings and evenings hut you cznt have it all.🙂
